Rotarians have over 50 committees to choose from to perform club, community, and global service

Club Service Committees

These committees are dedicated to performing necessary club functions, such as attendance and public relations. This also includes the Good Works Committee and the Committee for the Handicapped.

Community Service Committees

As Rotarians, we strive to improve our local communities in a variety of ways. Our Community Service committees are responsible for planning events like our Gourmet Game Dinner or Rotary Shows, as well as volunteering for Salvation Army bell-ringing and the annual NMC Barbecue.

International Service Projects

We work together with other Rotary Clubs across the world to improve global communities. From eradicating Polio to hosting exchange students, this committee focuses on spreading Rotary’s mission worldwide..

Youth Programs

We value youth education and creating a better world for younger generations. Members of these programs recognize outstanding students in our region,  help mentor students on academics or life skills, and support high school and college-aged students attend the district-wide Life Leadership Conference.

Vocational Service Projects

This committee organizes committee assignments and descriptions for all members, as well as coordinates the annual member sign-up. After the annual sign-ups are complete, the database is used by the club directory committee to print the directory. Committee members also meet with new members to assist them in participating in the committees of their choice.
